Diese Gretsch aus dem Jahre 1946 musste in alle Einzelteile zerlegt und wieder zusammengefügt werden, da der Leim extrem spröde geworden war. Sämtliche Originalteile waren vorhanden, sogar das Schlagbrett. Lediglich die kunstvolle Gretsch-Brücke wurde entsprechend dem Original nachgebaut.
Nun ist das Instrument wieder sehr gut bespielbar und fit für die nächsten Jahrzehnte!
