Ein Schachspiel gefällig? Nun, das Schachbrett und einige Figuren sind auf der Gitarre bereits vorhanden! Beeindruckend, dass Motive des Schachspiels auf der Gitarre in Perlmutt gefasst und eingelegt wurden. Mal ganz ehrlich: wer würde beim Bau einer Gitarre auf den Gedanken kommen, ein Schachspiel abzubilden? Da ist man wirklich „Schach matt“! Kompliment an den Künstler. Diese Gitarre ist etwas ganz Besonderes und eine außergewöhnliche Schönheit.

Nach einer umfangreichen Restauration mit teilweisem Ersatz der fehlenden und zerbrochenen Perlmutt-Einlagen strahlt die Gitarre wieder in ihrer ganzen Schönheit

Ein weitere frühe Osbama ohne Cutaway und mit klassischen F-Löchern. Der originale Lack wurde zum großen Teil aufbereitet und neu versiegelt! Ein Hals Reset war notwendig, da die Halszunge auf der Decke aufsaß. Der Hals ist gerade!

Daten zur Gitarre: Korpus: 43 cm, kleiner Bug 32 cm, Länge 109 cm, Decke und Boden stark gewölbt; Decke sehr dünn (ca. 3 mm), Sattelbreite 45 mm, Zargenhöhe: 8,5 cm. Decke Fichte, Zargen, Boden und Hals: Ahorn (vollmassiv).

Eine sehr frühe Osbama ohne Cutaway und mit klassischen F-Löchern sowie Schraubhals. Sämtliche Einlagen sind aus echtem Perlmutt.

Um die Gitarre spielbar zu machen, musste ein 2-Wege Halsstab im Hals integriert werden.

Der Korpus ist identisch mit der ebenfalls gezeigten Osbama mit Schachmotiven.
