Diese Archtop wurde von Gustav Glassl in seiner Werkstatt für die Fa. Hopf gebaut und stellt eine Kopie einer Artur Lang Super dar. Der Buchstabe L soll daher den großartigen Gitarrenbaumeister Artur Lang würdigen.

Klanglich, handwerklich und künstlerisch zählen Instrumente von Glassl ausnahmslos mit zu den besten Stücken des deutschen Gitarrenbaus.

Diese vollmassive Hopf 319 SL wurde vermutlich von Gustav Glassl gebaut. Sie ist substantiell wunderbar erhalten und mit einem schnurgeraden Hals perfekt bespielbar. Elektrisch sorgt der Guild Dearmond 1000 (Reissue) für einen runden und vollen Klang.

Ein tolles Instrument für den Player und Sammler.

Diese  Hopf Special ist vollmassiv und aufwändig gebaut. Sämtliche Einlagen bestehen aus Perlmutt. Der Korpus ist vergleichsweise von kleiner Dimension.

Sie befand sich in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, da sie lange in einer feuchten Umgebung gelagert war. Hals, Boden und Zargen aus Ahorn waren gräulich verfärbt und mussten behandelt werden, um ihre ursprüngliche wunderbare Maserung wieder zu zeigen. Der gebogene Hals wurde begradigt und mit einem Zwei-Wege-Halsstab versehen. Die Elektronik wurde ebenfalls vom Fachmann überholt. Damit ist die Gitarre nun wieder perfekt bespielbar.
